Pilea microphylla, also called Artillery Plant, features tiny, light-green leaves on upright, sturdy stems. The small flowers explosively send pollen into the air, hence the common name of Artillery Plant.
It is a great choice in a terrarium, or as a houseplant. This plant prefers moderate light and moist soil. Don’t be afraid to prune this bad boy if it outgrows its space. It doesn’t mind at all.
 
This plant is considered non-toxic to pets and humans.
