Leather Leaf Fern is native to countires such as South America, the Caribbean, southern Africa, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and some islands in the West Indian Ocean. Glossy, dark green, finely-cut, triangular shaped fronds give this plant a very tropical appearance. This plant does well in partial shade or filtered sunlight. Do not expose to full sunlight, as the fronds may burn. Do not allow soil to dry completely between waterings. 
 
This plant is considered non-toxic to pets and humans, but it is always recomended to keep out of reach of children and pets.
