Coriander is fantastic in many dishes, but the plants have a frustrating habit of bolting (running to seed prematurely). Cilantro was bred with this in mind and its large, abundant leaves are slow to run to seed. Delicious for salads, Mexican, Mediterranean and Thai dishes.
